I HIGHLY recommend this place! Been in here twice and had such a great experience both times plus the staff here is VERY welcoming. They did an amazing job fixing my necklace chain! Will definitely be back this is now my favorite jewelry store!!! If I could rate 1,000 stars I would :)

Great place; love the staff. Very honest; there were several rings and styles we were interested in, but the gentleman we were with let us know up front the risks associated with various kinds of rings and which ones were more fragile. Not going to try to sell you something just because it looks good. Very up-front, open, and honest.

I was shopping around for a proposal ring and visited a couple local shops but wasn’t bought in yet. I walked into Ciccarelli and right away I felt welcomed. The staff were all nice and very knowledgeable. I was able to describe what I was looking for and Elijah had some great recommendations that made me feel comfortable and confident. They were all very patient with me as I visited the store multiple times debating what ring I was going to go with - I wanted it to be perfect. Elijah recommended a beautiful diamond that he had ordered for me and let me know when it came in so I can check it out. They made the whole ring shopping experience a breeze and I got a great deal with the promotion at the time. We put together a ring that left an unforgettable moment for me and my now fiancée ❤️ I highly recommend visiting this store for any jewelry needs!

In February, 2026, I had a wonderful experience at Ciccarelli Jewelers! Upon walking in, Greg Ciccarelli, the owner, greeted me and spent the next 45 minutes, uninterrupted, answering all the questions from the list I brought in! He did not rush or pressure me. He asked additional questions to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted. He educated me on several types of metals (including, 10K gold vs platinum) and diamonds vs lab grown diamonds. He showed me several rings within the style and size I was interested in and did not try to upsale me in any way. The professionalism and patience towards me was impressive. From the time I walked in until I purchased and picked up my ring was perfect! He updated me via text every step of the way. I will shop only here from now on and also tell my friends and family of my experience. Give them at try. You will not be disappointed!
